Alexandra is an LMT studying the body mind in Portland, ME. A gypsy at heart, she has lived and learned across the United States and abroad. She has worked on ranches with holistic horse trainers in California; lived out of her car and learned the true meaning of “alone” in South Baja, Mexico; studied her own growth and the processes of others in Hollywood; and rediscovered magic in New Orleans. After falling deeply in love with her inspiring partner and now husband, Alexandra has returned to her New England roots with a reenergized focus on the body and its consciousness. She studies CranioSacral therapy with the Upledger Institute and is currently working on her certification. She seeks to facilitate the body’s inclination to self-heal through body work and CranioSacral Therapy. She believes greater personal awareness leads to a greater universal consciousness, and hopes to inspire others on their wellness journey. Sometimes she is verbose, sometimes to a fault.
Northern Daughter is the outlet for her wellness process.
